The Legend Begins House Rules and Scenarios
The
Legend Begins is a classic North African Campaign game, first
published by Rhino Games (v1 & v2), and then later as the
Deluxe version (v3) by Terran Games. The Deluxe version is the
one to have, IMO, as it covers more of the campaign and has much
smoother play.
House Rules
Anyway, here are some house rules, done up by John T. Lynch,
Ken Mitsube, and Markus Stumpter. Mind you, I (Jonathan Arnold) had
nothing to do with them besides turning the Word document into HTML
and posting them here on my web site. Mark Simonitch, the designer,
has give his unofficial thumbs up to these rules on ConsimWorld. Email
addresses for them are as
follows, "encoded" to minimize spam harvesting:
- John Lynch : vze33j7y at verizon.net
- Ken Mitsube : ken.mitsube at obgyn.gu.se
- Markus Stumpter : mst at dbai.tuwien.ac.at
For support, I would check into the ConsimWorld
folder for TLB, found at ConsimWorld Discussion Board - Boardgaming - Individual
Game or Series Discussion - Era: World War II (INDIVIDUAL GAME) - Legend
Begins - Legend Begins Deluxe (Terran). Dunno if that link will work:-)
Anyway, without further ado, here's the rules, HTML-ized. Don't blame
me for ugly HTML - I just did a "Save As..." in Word 2k!
